- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
- Strategically plan and manage a portfolio of accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
- Resolve key client issues and challenges.
- Generate new business opportunities among existing clients.
- Monitor sales metrics and report on key account performance.
- Stay up-to-date with product launches and developments in the FMCG industry.
Perfil del candidato
A successful KAM should have:
- A degree in business administration, sales or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Representative or similar role.
- Solid experience in sales and customer service in the FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
- High level of commercial acumen.
- ADVANCED LEVEL OF ENGLISH
