This involves maintaining open and constant communication with SP (HR) teams to understand business needs thoroughly, ensuring optimal system utilization, and taking the lead driving system progress.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
- Change management and communication in regards Workday System for key people in Central America zone to ensure the correct usage of the system.
- Lead system improvement and new functionalities projects.
- Partnering with the Workday Developers on application enhancements and projects as they come up.
- Partenering with Central America region teams like Learning and Develpment, Communication, Talent and retention, to foster system adoption.
- Troubleshooting and resolution of complex cases escalated from L1.
- Study and implement system improvements.
- Collaborate in HR projects as subject matter expert about employees service.
- Creation and Maintenance system referencial system user guides, manuals and reference documents in general.
- Escalate or report to the the appropriate party when a system user is using the system for the incorrect purposses or is not respecting code of ethics, data privacy and other relates policies.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Conduct meetings and workshops with HR teams to understand business needs.
- Plans system enhancements by using project approach methodology.
- Translate business needs into specific requests (Jira / Service Now tickets) to central team and/or developers for system improvements.
- Support root cause analysis in the HR end to end process as a system Subject Matter Expert.
- Test system changes before deployment.
- Provide system support for issues unresolved by L1 team, and escalate situations to Central or Developers team when necessary.
- Create support documents like instructions, manuals, articles, FAQs related to Case Management system for the area and Employees.
- Conduct communication sessions to inform HR teams about projects progress and system changes.
- In collaboration with other areas, drive or participates in communication campaigns designed accordingly to the targeted employees.
- Onboard key users of AMC region to Intouch system roles, responsibilities and processes.
- For AMC region, translation of communication materials about Intouch system changes, coordinate with HR and communication area.
- Facilitate with HR Process Owner and/or Sterr co, governance meetings to validate priorities and strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field required.
- 4 years of experience with Workday.
- Full English performance
- Available to travel 2 or 3 times per month to León, Gto.
