• Strong background in Field Service Management and Customer Support.

• Experience with warranties, service contracts, and vendor management.
• Proficient in scheduling, dispatching, and using digital tools like CMMS.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Valid visa for travel to the United States.
