Description

• Establish and Lead Finance Process Teams, Build and scale a Finance process team in Guadalajara, network with leaders, stay updated on industry trends, and collaborate on developing innovative process standards and techniques.

• Support Finance GPOs: Provide performance data and feedback to Finance GPOs, manage process and technology specifications, facilitate alignment with GBS stakeholders, and deploy BPM tools.

• Design and Implement GBS Services: Identify opportunities for GBS value creation, scope and implement Finance services, set and measure KPIs, follow design thinking principles, and maintain the Finance section of the GBS Service Catalog.

• Drive Service Excellence and Continuous Improvement: Partner with Finance GPOs and IT, maintain a Service Development Plan, prioritize efforts, align work portfolios, deploy training, and champion digital techniques like RPA and AI.

• Develop Enterprise Process Excellence Capability: Collaborate with the Business Transformation and CX team to create and deploy a strong process excellence capability across the enterprise, potentially developing an Enterprise Lean framework and measurement methods.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related.
• Over 10 years of leadership experience in Finance business process design, transformation, and improvement within international GBS, BPO service provider, or consulting environments.
• Expertise in Finance process architectures, GPO roles, and SAP related processes, including proficiency in Requisition to Pay, Record to Report, and Quote to Cash.
• Exceptional consulting skills, proficient in navigating ambiguity and developing strategic, impactful solutions at an executive level.
• Highly collaborative approach, skilled at building and nurturing relationships across IT, service delivery, and other departments, with a strong emphasis on team development and fostering a positive organizational culturx.
• 100% Fluent English.
