Knowledge and skills

•Drive actions to improve all operational metrics: Safety, PPM's, DL Utilizationand Efficiency.

•Time Studies and Work center productivity analysis.

•Standard work and Visual aids creation and follow up.

•Review opportunities to improve uptime.

•Coach employees (IDL's, DL's).

•Evaluate ways to eliminate waste in the work centers to maximize efficiency.

•Problem solving participating and coaching.

•Cost reduction projects.

•Layout improvement

Job Requirements

•BS Degree, in Electronics, Mechanical or Industrial is Engineer preferred.

•Master's degree is a plus

•Experience in a manufacturing environment is a must

•+3 years of experience in similar position

•Product Engineering is a plus.

•Expertise on Lean manufacturing methodologies.

•Exposure to product design, project/team leadership

•Lay out optimization

•Capacity Analysis

•Engineering Runs and validations

•Documentation and Standardization

•TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)

•Ability to travel to the US

•Must possess an ability to work autonomously and take the initiative with little to no direction at times. But must also be highly collaborative in working with the organization.

•Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and AutoCAD.

•English Fluency
