Job Description:The Executive Recruiting Team is dedicated to identifying leaders who will accelerate HPE's ability to advance the way people live and work. The Executive Recruiting Coordinator is a critical part of our success and is the keystone of Executive Recruiting.
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual who is quality driven in their service approach. You will own, manage, and elevate the candidate's experience. You are passionate about offering support to your internal stakeholders, which includes recruiters and hiring managers, all while keeping quality experience top of mind.
How you'll make your mark: - Support the executive recruiting team as they proactively engage in HR and business conversations to uncover executive talent gaps, themes or needs that impact executive talent acquisition.
- Execute scheduling for executive level roles ensuring an efficient and effective service is delivered in partnership with HR and the Executive Assistant community for end-to-end client satisfaction, candidate support and travel planning.
- Effectively represent the HPE employment brand, the organization's business objectives and global career opportunities to potential candidates through coordination activities.
- Collaborate with recruiters, agencies, hiring managers, business HR and the executive compensation team to gather documents and generate reports to support the candidate engagement, interview, offer, and onboarding process as needed.
- Support site onboarding activities as needed.
- Prepare business level presentations in PowerPoint.
- Monitor and support the use of external search firms.
About you: - 3+ years of related experience (e.g., executive recruiter coordinator or executive assistant).
- Experience with complex travel and coordination for executives leveraging third party agency.
- Microsoft Office suite skills (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR policies and best practices as related to Recruiting Coordination.
- Familiarity with Concur, HR databases, applicant tracking systems, candidate management systems and LinkedIn.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience in managing relationships with Executive support teams.
- Comfortable working in a global virtual environment and flexible work schedule.
- Ability to create PowerPoint presentations.
