Job Title: Sr. HR Partner
Summary: Responsible for overseeing programs and processes related to personnel development, selection, training, and HR management.
Functions and Responsibilities:
- Administer programs such as Goal and Performance Dialogue, Competence Management, and Career and Development Dialogue.
- Supervise the training process and conduct follow-up audits.
- Control headcount.
- Oversee the payroll process and perform audits.
- Responsible for initial training for new employees.
- Monitor KPIs for the HR department.
- Coordinate Associate Survey.
- Lead and supervise legal aspects related to training.
- Implement global HR initiatives and projects.
- Develop strategies to improve attendance, retention, and employee satisfaction.
- Supervise selection and hiring processes for indirect and hourly employees.
Position Profile:
- Education:
- Minimum education level: Completed Professional Degree.
- Preferred: Postgraduate degree (Master's).
- Advanced and fluent English
Skills and Knowledge:
- HR experience in different areas (Organizational Development, Staffing preferred).
- Systematic knowledge of HR tools (preferably SAP).
- Project management skills.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Knowledge of labor relations and legal compliance.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of onboarding and asset protection.
