Customer Service Executive (f/m/d)Responsibilities- Identify in conjunction with the sales coordinators and applications personnel the real needs of the customer in order to offer them the product that best meets their requirements.
- Generate Technical-Commercial quotations to be presented to customers.
- Effective follow-up of the entire sales process from the presentation of the offer to the customer, until the collection of the corresponding invoice.
- Monitor and provide timely follow up to all quotations purchase orders reacting in time to any deviation and/or interruption in the sales process as estimated and agreed with the customer.
- Provide the necessary support and documentation to the Finance Department regarding the invoicing and collections process. Likewise support and monitoring for cases of outstanding past due invoices receivable.
- Attending and filling out all observations and / or claims made by customers, giving them the required attention and solution in the short term, channeling the necessary corrective actions for this purpose.Proporcionar información de precios a los clientes y apoyar en realización de cotizaciones en sistema SAP.
- Perform in SAP system: sales orders and, together with the Service Technician, repair orders.
- Follow up on customer sales orders and accounts payable.Follow up on sales opportunities identified in CRM.
- Enter invoices (PDF and XML) into specific customer portals ensuring they are uploaded correctly and then follow up with Accounts Payable.
- Lead, together with the Sales Engineer assigned to the corresponding account and with the customer, the consignment inventory control and review that the stock information against orders is reconciled.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or technical career in economic-administrative areas, industrial engineering, related field.
- 1 or 2 years of experience as administrative assistant.
- Desirable SAP knowledge.
