Jr Brand Manager
Purpose of the Role:
Contribute to the success of TAPP, Inc. by enhancing our brand presence and supporting strategic marketing efforts. Supports the company's sales team by managing and coordinating marketing initiatives, including creation and distribution of materials, content development and event planning. Oversees brand design and consistency across all platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's marketing strategies and objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Marketing Coordination: Responsible for managing and coordinating all marketing materials, web content, and press releases to ensure cohesive branding and communication. This includes writing, editing, and developing content for various audiences, assisting in the preparation of presentations for meetings and events, and overseeing the design, production, and distribution of marketing materials such as newsletters, campaigns, and promotional content. Additionally, this role involves managing the company's social media presence and conducting photography to support marketing efforts.
- Branding Management: Ensure consistent branding standards across all divisions of the company. This involves collaborating with staff to create effective marketing materials that align with TAPP's initiatives and organizing interdepartmental meetings to synchronize sales information and branding efforts.
- Event Planning and Coordination: Plan, organize, and attend various events such as conventions, seminars, and marketing events to promote TAPP, Inc. and foster professional development. This includes managing all event logistics, such as travel arrangements, and coordinating the selection, purchase, and distribution of promotional items.
- Market Research and Strategy: Conduct market research to explore new market opportunities and understand industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly. This role also involves gathering and analyzing consumer behavior data to identify new revenue opportunities and refine TAPP's marketing strategies.
- Budget and Reporting: Work closely with the Sales Manager to manage and update marketing budgets, ensuring that campaign costs align with the allocated budget. Responsibilities also include compiling and analyzing data to assess campaign performance, preparing sales forecasting reports, and providing regular updates on past marketing strategies.
- Data Analysis and Presentation: Collect and analyze data on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and gather feedback from target audiences. This includes creating detailed visual presentations for decision-makers and maintaining organized records of marketing metrics to aid in strategic planning.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the Marketing department. This includes managing daily tasks, assisting in writing marketing and sales plans, staying updated on marketing trends, maintaining the contact database, interacting with vendors, and presenting proposals to the marketing team.
?Ideal Candidate Profile:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles related to branding and digital marketing.
· Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
· Proven experience managing social media campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn and Facebook.
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
· Proficient in social media management and analytics tools.
· Experience with SEO campaigns.
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Experience in photography and/or graphic design (preferred).
