What do you need to apply?
- Bachelor´s Degree in International Trade or Relations, Data Analytics, Materials Engineering, + master's degree is a plus.
- Advanced English.
- More than 4 years of experience in similar positions.
- Proficiency in Office, PowerBi and data analytics tools are a plus.
- Technical knowledge: Annex 24, platform annex 30, ERPs experience
Mission of the position
Ensure the correct administration and control of Annex 24 and 30 (inventory and VAT control), ensuring compliance with customs and tax regulations, and automatize foreign trade processes to contribute to the company's operational efficiency.
Activities and projects
1. ?Inventory Control:
- Ensure the automated integration of data from various Customs Brokers.
- Perform systematized validations of the information and run FIFO backflush processes.
- Analyze findings and take countermeasures actions.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
2. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all foreign trade operations comply with current customs and tax regulations.
- Prepare and submit reports required by customs authorities and inner top management.
3. Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory control and foreign trade processes.
- Implement best practices and technologies to increase efficiency.
4. Coordination and Communication:
- Work closely with other departments, such as logistics, finance, and production, to ensure alignment between annex 24 and plants inventories.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and customers to resolve any incidents related to foreign trade.
5. Training and Development:
- Train staff on issues related to inventory control and regulatory compliance.
