Job Description Summary

Objetivo:

Garantizar la disponibilidad y uso de materiales, evaluando las necesidades, prioridades y requerimientos de producción, (proceso completo de MRP), asegurar fecha de entrega, además controlar el nivel de inventario para dar seguimiento a proyectos. Mantener el abastecimiento de inventario buscando maximizar el presupuesto de la compañía (evitando materiales caducos u obsoletos), a través de un manejo correcto de las políticas de materiales (MP y empaque) e inventarios, asegurando el cumplimento al NS 98% como objetivo de compañía.

Actividades:

• Generar requerimientos de Materiales a través de MRP-SAP.
• Seguimientos de materiales expirados u obsoletos, ajusta las cantidades de compra a necesidades reales en función de la cartera de pedidos, con el fin de evitar posibles productos susceptibles de ser obsoletos (presentaciones puntuales especificas por cliente.
• Colaborar con el resto de las áreas para el seguimiento de los nuevos proyectos
• Mantenimiento de Datos Maestros, principalmente: MOQ, Lead Time, Safety Stock y Estatus.
• Confirmación de fechas de disponibilidad para el área de control y planeación de la producción.
• Generar Reportes: Requerimientos futuros para el área de compras, consumo y venta, así como reporte de fecha preferente de Consumo.

Requisitos:

Educación:

Licenciatura en Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro, Logística, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

• Experiencia comprobada en planeación de materiales, logística o gestión de la cadena de suministro.
• Dominio de Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Dominio de sistemas ERP (SAP)
• Conocimiento de principios de gestión de inventarios y operaciones de transporte y logística.
• Familiaridad con tendencias y regulaciones de la industria que afectan la distribución.
