Program Controller

Job Summary

Track and manage the cost of complex programs from Program Start to SOP, to ensure the program meets or even exceeds the financial target.

Main task and responsibility

1. Upgrade and maintain Business Plan timely and accurately after program nomination.

2. According to the requirements of YF ISO, establish and upgrade capital authorization request (CAR), Tooling authorization (TA), Financial 8 panel, Financial sign-off (FSO) and other documents in time;

3. Track the use of capital authorization request (CAR), Tooling authorization (TA), Launch cost, technology center R&D cost (PD2) in the whole development process

4. Track the product cost, analyze and summarize the cost changes caused by product changes and value engineering / value analysis. Coordinate and complete the confirmation of target cost by each department.

5. Communicate and coordinate the program cost changes with relevant departments in time, establish the program financial roadmap, promote, track and upgrade programs in the roadmap.

6. Complete monthly program financial status report on time, update program financial open issue list and report in program monthly review independently.

7. Ensure the financial status meet the requirement from company management team during SOP phase.

Requirement

Educational background:Bachelor's degree, major in science and engineering or related.

Language: Advanced English.

Work experience:

- At least 2 years related working experience.
