· Engineering Degree, Chemical & Materials Engineering?
· Advanced English. ?
· At least 2-5 years in in manufacturing processes. ?
· Develop and industrialize new products and technologies?
· Deployment of products and technologies (process and equipment's)?
· Lead and implement operational improvements in a manufacturing ?
· Organization. ?
· Knowledge development and capitalization?
· Demonstrate a spirit of innovation; willing to suggest and support the implementation of new technologies?
· Direct improvement projects in costs, quality and productivity. ?
· Proficient knowledge in statistical analysis (CPK, PPK, DOE).?
· Knowledge in PFMEA, Action Plan, PCP, QRQC.?
· Ability to work with all members of working groups, skill levels and expertise?
· Ability to work independently and as a team member to accomplish objectives?
· Strong decision making and problem-solving methodologies.?
