Job Description:

To be successful in this position, you will need to have extensive knowledge in customer logistics requirements during the Pre-Series phase of the productive projects.

Deliver to Serial Process releases in Green.

Ensuring that no samples, prototypes and pre series parts are shipped late to customer due to failures in communication and coordination.

Responsibilities

·        Evaluation of logistic setup and specific logistical requirements of Customers.

·        Participation and follow-up to internals process releases as Logistic representative.

·        Participation in the "Sample/Prototyping Board" as Logistic representative.

·        Participation in the "Weekly Project Meeting".

·        Participation in FMEA

·        Estimating costs of Transport, packing and logistic concept for the project with the support of the specialist areas.

·        Follow up to the Timing of the above mentioned quotations.

·        Problem solving within the project team.

Qualifications:

·        Industrial, mechanical, automotive or similar engineering.

·        Experience working as logistic department on abroad desirable, but not indispensable.

·        Knowledge of Core Tools

·        Medium-High use of Excel and Office Tools

·        Medium-High knowledge of SAP for automotive applications.

·        Knowledge of Liability and Production Compliance.

·        Clear and assertive communication

·        Ability to self-organize

·        Results oriented

·        Negotiation skills
