Social Media Specialist

You will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience and increasing sales trough various digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

-Account Management: Oversee and manage the official DJI (drones, cameras) social media accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.

-Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content that highlights DJI products, features, and promotions while aligning with current social media trends.

-Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers, enhancing customer relationships.

-Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and developments, integrating relevant topics into our content strategy to keep our audience informed and engaged.

-Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align social media campaigns with overall business objectives and product launches.

-Performance Analysis: Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize traffic to our e-commerce platform.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

-Proven experience in managing social media accounts, preferably for brands in the technology or consumer electronics sectors?

-A genuine passion for social media, with a keen understanding of what resonates with audiences on different platforms.

-High proficiency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken skills.

-Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing previous social media work, including examples of successful campaigns and content creation.

Preferred Skills

-Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

-Basic graphic design or video editing skills to enhance content quality.

-Ability to create engaging copy that reflects the DJI brand voice.

-Knowledge of DJI products, personal experience as a user of DJI technology or a shutterbug is desirable.
