Logistics Manager at 1st Choice, focusing on customer relations, order processing, and logistics coordination, with some sales responsibilities as well.
Job Purpose:
- Order Processing & Customer Relations: Receiving and managing orders, coordinating with both customers and company staff on details such as specifications, pricing, shipping, etc.
- Customer Service: Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, providing updates, and following up on orders until shipment.
- Coordination: Communicating with different departments and agents to handle special order requirements or potential issues(For example: Trucking Company, Customs Broker)
- Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on assigned accounts.
What we're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 3 years in a logistics customer-facing role, ideally with experience working with customers based in both Mexico and the US.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Skills & Traits: Relationship-building, feedback responsiveness, ability to work in fast-paced environments, resourcefulness, strong ownership of tasks.
- Additional Qualifications: Logistics experience and prior sales experience are a plus.
