Planning and execution of the project activities to reach and improve the targets in timeline, quality, cost and profitability.

Sharing of the specific information of the project, including customer communication, plan, financial situation, etc.

The customers are informed about deviations in the plan, quality topics etc. and the necessary measures to come over these deviations.

Ensure that these measures have been discussed previously by the MQ team.

The team constantly monitors the progress of the project and takes the proper actions to achieve the project goals in the defined time.

Coordination of the plan with measures to optimize our production margin of the project. The LCM involve the right people from the team for planning and implementation.

The LCM has standard agenda for the meeting with goals, inputs and outputs to allow efficient and effective work.

Initiate continuous improvements and maintain project form Handover till EOS and end of spare parts.

Support the sales organization to win new business by leading LCM-teams in a professional and cost-driven way.
