What you'll do? - Test strategy and planning
- Responsible for coordination and overall delivery of work with nearshore offshore team members
- Lead testing for Client's transformation initiatives and or application portfolios
- Test management communication metrics and status reporting including identification of risks and escalation of issues to the project team and or the Client
- Coordinates approval for all the deliverables from the Client as per the defined acceptance criteria
- Provide resource utilization allocation estimation to project leadership and or Client as needed
- Coordinate updates with Test Analyst s as needed Defect Management including logging and reporting of defect
- Own coordination between domain projects and our Automation strategy leaders communicate with users, application owners and senior stakeholders across all areas
What you'll bring: - QA Experiencie from 4 to 6 years
- Experiencie managing testing teams
- Advanced or native English level
- Disposition to work in an on-site environment
