We are seeking a talented and experienced Game Economy Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, balancing, and optimizing the in-game economy. You will work closely with game designers and developers to ensure a rewarding and engaging experience for our players. Requirements Design and balance in-game economies, including currency systems, resource management, progression systems, and player rewards. Analyze player data and feedback to identify and address imbalances and optimize the economic systems. Collaborate with game designers, developers, and data analysts to integrate economic systems seamlessly into the overall game design. Develop and maintain documentation for economic systems, including formulas, tables, and detailed explanations. Create simulations and models to predict the impact of changes to the economy. Monitor and report on the performance of the in-game economy post-launch and make data-driven adjustments as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in game economy design.
