As a Construction Manager you will lead different projects nationwide for our Architectural Coatings business.

This position is located in Mexico City #LI-Onsite. You will report to the commercial area.

Key Responsibilities

• You will manage a high-performance team.
• You will follow up the administrative management, solve conflicts with the customer, develop proposals for solutions to reach the best agreements (customer-supplier).
• You will develop the strategy to allow you and your team to provide follow-up to customers.
• You will participate in the projects and work at national level that we have as a company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles or managing construction sites.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams (contractors).
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Industrial Engineering or similar and proficiency in English.
