Job DescriptionThe Internal Communications & Services Analyst supports the Global Internal Communications team in implementing employee communication strategies and initiatives. The IC Analyst provides the raw and processed data to assist the team in decision-making, project planning, and execution. The IC Analyst works under the supervision of an advisor.
Main Responsibilities - Communication Support: Support in developing and implementing internal communication strategies to ensure consistent and effective messaging across the organization.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of company events (Annual General Meeting, Cemex Day, Quarterly Calls, Cemex Global Awards, CEO Open Dialogues, End of Year Dialogue with ExCo, among others).
- Content Creation: Help plan, create, edit, and distribute internal communications materials, including newsletters, emails, intranet content, and other digital media.
- Data Analytics: Collect, process, and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of internal communication strategies and initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Project Support: Assist with project planning and management to ensure timely and successful execution of communication initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and teams to gather information, coordinate efforts, and ensure alignment in communication activities.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties as required, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing communication tools and platforms.

- Ensuring consistent communication across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.

Qualifications - Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking and writing proficiencies)
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms and content management systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience or internships in communications, marketing, or a related field are preferred but not required.
