How you will contribute The Plant SSAL is responsible for Layer 0 to Layer 3 and accountable for the Layer 0 to Layer 2 based Automation systems in terms of maintaining a constant high level of security against cyber security threads. This covers existing and newly deployed systems as part of Capital projects. This includes regular and long-term activities to migrate systems into a target setup. He /she will actively support NIST driven deployments and new line/ equipment deployments within a plant. He / she will actively support the IOT and relevant Industry 4.0 implementation strategy on a plant level. This position provides support by playing a focused role in all industrial automation & control needs of the plant to eventually deliver best-in-class systems in terms of line synchronization, optimal clasp between various logic systems provided by different vendors, PLC programming, HMIs, SQLs, VF & Servo drives, networking systems with remote access, process innovation and improvement, energy monitoring, eliminating / minimizing losses arising from non-sync automation, maintaining quality of logic always at its best catering the entire needs of the plant ensuring zero unplanned downtime by design, installation, updating the overall line automation documentation and in co-ordination with activities of other departments and suppliers local and abroad in order to provide Mondelez competitive advantage. What you need to know about this position: Owns all production related site security and automation systems within a plant in terms of reliability, robustness against cyber-attacks, ongoing routine maintenance and trouble shooting in case of emergencies by: - Accountable to maintain and improve the cybersecurity robustness state at the plant/cluster following MINT and Automation standards in a plant - Accountable for plant compliance to company standards for automation, infrastructure (MINT ) and cyber security. Ensuring any internal or 3rd party resources understand and adhere to standards - Responsible to drive the cultural change within the Plant operating team to embrace cyber security policy/standards applied to control equipment and monitors compliance - Issue escalation point for Automation, CCN Automation Infrastructure or cyber security relative to plant operations - Active participation in global/regional automation & systems development and security communications - Responsible to track and maintain plant digital asset inventory information over the lifecycle. - Responsible of patch deployment for layer 0 to 2 in coordination with the vulnerability team (Quarterly) - Owns the OT infrastructure and network security (all levels: L3 to L0) - Ensure alignment between local business recovery plan and Enterprise recovery procedures, regarding plant network Automation systems - Responsible for facilitating and tracking the plant automation capital spend for all production related systems throughout the lifecycle - Owns the plant OT automation roadmap considering installed base and new installations, applying state of the art standards - Responsible for day-to-day maintenance covering all plant automation systems (System process control, utilities and packaging machines, PLCs, Motion Systems, HMIs, SCADA, Batch management systems, Network, ThinManager) - Manages 3rd Party OT Providers relevant for plant operations. Coordinates and ensures business continuation (production) during routine maintenance, upgrades, extensions on a plant level - Oversight ensuring any plant internal or 3rd party resources understand and adhere to standards - Escalation of issues to Cluster SSAL for routine work issues and corporate standards evolvement - responsible to consolidate all plant related plans and investments into a cluster plan and optimizes it - Responsible to report status, issues and plans to the plant Management team and integrates plant business needs into technology roadmap - Provide direction and assist as needed in line automation needs including PLC programming, HMI integration, process innovation and improvement, VFD & Servo drives set up, SQLs, line synchronization, communication protocols between line components, remote access, designing of electronic & electrical installations and control systems. - Ensure timely update and completion of all automation documentation needed for the plant. - Complete Risk Assessment of the complete automation grid & power back-up of the plant - Carry out all accountabilities within the operating and process frameworks that apply to all companies in the Mondelez family - Manage exceptions (log, provide reasons and seek for approval) for MINT standards that are not possible to meet. More about this role Responsible for the execution of the cyber security program in the plant. They are in charge of automation and manufacturing. It is a very technical role but must demonstrate good communication skills as it is in constant communication with third parties and different functions within MDLZ. Accountable to maintain and improve the cybersecurity robustness state at the plant/cluster following MINT and Automation standards in a plant. And also owns the OT infrastructure and network security. This rol is responsible for facilitating and tracking the plant automation capital spend for all production related systems throughout the lifecycle. And provide direction and assist as needed in line automation needs including PLC programming, HMI integration, process innovation and improvement, VFD & Servo drives set up, SQLs, line synchronization, communication protocols between line components, remote access, designing of electronic & electrical installations and control systems. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Automation, System, Data, Engineer or related fields Proven knowledge in Rockwell, Siemens Automation A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as lead automation engineer in industrial automation and control systems in manufacturing sector with high-speed process & packing lines. Experience in OT Security abroad range of cybersecurity domains (ie Network, Endpoint, Application, Encryption, Firewall, User Access, Remote Access) Knowledge of MINT infrastructure.
