Education :
Bachelor in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Technician , Computer Applications or equivalent.
Experience :
Experience in call center or customer service environments
Account Administration experience is a plus.
Conocimientos :
Strong troubleshooting skills. Basic knowledge of printers, PC hardware and software is desired.
Excellent communication skills.
English 80% (spoken and written)
Skills/Knowledge :
Excellent customer support. Strong time management skills required.
Experience in delivering Level I support services such as password resets , system access administration
Problem troubleshooting and resolution, troubleshooting email browsers, etc.
Exposure to Oracle database a plus.
Responsabilities / Activities :
Delivering technical customer support; answering phone calls, chats and e-mails both in English and in Spanish. Analyzing the 'content' of the call or email to determine if an incident needs to be logged in a database and then dispatching it to the corresponding support group.
Account Administration for different tools.
