Here's what we're looking for: Experience & Expertise: Bachelor's Degree in business, Computer Science, or equivalent, with a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience and a solid foundation in BI Development, particularly with Power BI and Tableau. Data Dynamo: Proven track record of developing complex dashboards with large data volumes, coupled with a deep understanding of PepsiCo's business processes and data environments. Agile Mindset: Ability to thrive in an agile environment, idea-ting requirements and designing iteratively with business partners to deliver solutions that exceed expectations. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively and listen attentively to stakeholder needs.
