The main responsibilities are to: Analyze financial, economic, and operational data for strategic decision-making Implement company's policy-based procedures for resource and fixed asset management Ensure compliance with accounting processes and international standards Coordinate feasibility studies and financial evaluations for new business opportunities Guide manufacturing unit managers in resource allocation and management Implement cost reduction strategies Participate in decisions affecting financial sustainability Prepare annual budgets and strategic plans Control financial processes and analyze cost variances Generate internal and group reports Manage quotations for new business opportunities Evaluate product profitability and cost reduction strategies Monitor project execution and cost deviations. Five or more years of experience in a similar role.|English Advanced is required. Bachelor's in Accounting or Administration required, MBA is preferred. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a global automotive or manufacturing company. Highly analytic, with problem solving abilities. Deep knowledge of accounting principles and tax computations. Previous experience managing a team of at least 5 employees. Fluent in English & Spanish is a must, oral and written.
