What we offer: The Role Dematic/KION is looking for an Workday Integration Analyst to improve the quality and sustainability of our current service around Workday integrations, and to establish an excellent service around the new Workday modules of PRISM and Adaptive Planning. Responsibilities To be successful in this role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas: Responsibilities will be divided between new PRISM and Adaptive Planning solutions (50%) and Workday integrations (50%) – the following accountabilities refer to these three topics Work closely and collaborate with integration colleagues to understand needs of relevant internal and external stakeholders and translate them into technical requirements Support in the design and delivery of solutions, in close collaboration with your Workday integration colleagues, the HR Solutions team, and other system architects Take responsibility for designated integrations as development opportunities Run, maintain and monitor designated live solutions, and complete upgrades as appropriate Participate in global Business Transformation project as point of contact for required Workday integrations, in collaboration with integration colleagues Support that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance requirements Support stability of technical system landscape, developments are meeting requirements, and testing is done in alignment with Global IT standards and governance. Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, functional specifications, test plans, and cutover activities. Tasks and Qualifications: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field, or with several years of professional experience Minimum 2 years experience in Workday ecosystem as a Workday integration expert, ideally with a background in consulting and strong affinity to reporting OR minimum 2 years experience in Workday ecosystem as a reporting expert, ideally with a background in consulting and with a strong working knowledge of custom reports and calculated fields as well as a strong interest to move into integration Experience with PRISM and/ or Adaptive Planning, incl. certification or completed implementation, are beneficial Strong problem solving and analytical skills You have strong communication, intercultural and motivation skills with experience in working in an international environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Eagerness to learn and dive into new technical areas With your growth-mindset and your motivation to work in a high-performance team you want to keep things moving in a very effective way Professional working proficiency in English is a must-have; further languages skills are beneficial English proficiency C1/C2 Travel 10%
