Security Clerk, reporting directly to Site Security Manager to join our team based in Ensenada, BC, Mexico.
About the Job Responsible for the implementation of a Global Security Program or of Security & Incident Management systems according to his/her scope.
Contributes in the implementation and maintains relevant Security plans and procedures according to his/her scope and responsibility. Contributes to the realization of the security assessments and inspections, reports inconsistencies and contributes to the improvement of Security and Incident Management Systems. Monitors security performance according to his/her scope and responsibility.
Specific to Operational Scope
- Conducts, and maintains worksite Security Risk Assessment (SRA)
- Ensures POS is available and updated
- Ensures a Site Security Induction is in place, delivered and recorded
- Participates in setting-up the Emergency Response and Incident Management structure for the site
- Actions on required physical security measures should T.EN be responsible for site security in Projects & Facilities
Specific to Corporate Scope
- Provides support to OC, Project, Local Security correspondents and managers on the topics under his/her responsibility.
- Participates to the animation of a Global security network on the topics under his/her responsibility.
- Supports in the training of the security network on Global Security programs under his/her responsibility
About You We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:
- Diploma, Professional Degree in Security, Crisis Management or Business Continuity or related experience in Security Field
- Good understanding of security environment and regulations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English
Specific to Operational Scope:
• Experience in implementing physical, technical and procedural security measures at worksite level
• Basic knowledge of emergency and incident management
• Capacity to deliver Security training at worksite level
