The Role:

As a Sr. Analyst on the Treasury team, you will be responsible for ensuring highly effective and efficient cash management in the business by monitoring, reporting, and forecasting business funding and liquidity needs. You will be managing cash transactions and cross-entity liquidity, executing funding operations and investment strategies, and owning regular daily, weekly and monthly Treasury reporting.In this role, you will directly support the implementation of the internal Investment, Liquidity and Risk policies to enable Stori to level up its Treasury operations during our next major phase of growth. There will be a big opportunity for leadership by ensuring compliance with and improving on Treasury manuals and processes.

This role will work closely with Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, FinOps and Capital Markets to coordinate and execute daily cashflow management. You will be expected to engage other teams to build processes and run projects with strong communication that leads to effective information sharing. This role is ideal for gaining direct experience operating a complex cash and funding management system in the context of building a high-growth fintech.

Main responsibilities:

  • Reconcile the daily transactions and cash positions and distribute executive cashflow reports
  • Work with FinOps and FP&A teams to forecast daily, weekly and monthly positions and liquidity needs
  • Execute the investment strategies
  • Actively manage and report on the investment portfolio
  • Identify trends and seasonality in the originations, collections and customers deposits
  • Automate and implement tools for the funding approval processes with FinOps
  • Analyze and contribute insights to the Cashflow Financial Statements prepared by Accounting
What we are looking for:
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant practical experience in treasury front, middle or back office
  • Experience with bank transactional execution including purchase of securities and/or capture and settlement of FX funding operations
  • Experience in treasury project management and systems implementation including compliance with internal policies
  • Entrepreneurial individual with initiative who can build relationships between teams and lead cross-functional work groups.
