We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Financial & Planning Specialist to join our US FP&A team based in Mexico City.

We will count on you to:

• Ability to work independently under general direction, but will escalate issues and concerns to managers as appropriate
• Prepare, reviews and/or support
• Journal entries (including, but not limited to accruals and deferrals of fee and commissions, bulk entries, submitting information needed to complete entries)
• Compliant pending / non-compliant resolution
• Respond to testing inquiries regarding entries
• May prepare and analyze revenue reports' ensures timely and accurate close
• May prepare higher level of reconciliations between administrative systems and other sources to respond to client team and/or affiliate entity inquiries
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to have:

• 4 year degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; two year degree (Associate) with relevant experience is acceptable.
• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced English skills both written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel skills, Oracle and Essbase knowledge preferred.
• Strong attention to detail
• High level of accuracy
