YOUR TASKS

Objective: Improvement of productivity and economic efficiency in the production area assigned with the help of industrial
engineering methods of work and system design under ergonomic, material flow and value-adding aspects.

• Provide support in the implementation of the respective tools, ensuring the universality and uniformity of the methods and tools introduced in cooperation
• Cooperate in the designing of work systems with the aim of improving the productivity of production process flows under ergonomic aspects
• Ensure concept related qualification of groups, group leaders and supervisors, carrying out appropriate training measures in line with given standards
• Investigate the production and production-affiliated areas with the aim of illustrating improvement potentials in the workflow and setup organization, as well as analyzing causes and deriving appropriate measures

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree concluded
• More than 2 up to 3 years of experience in similar roles
• Cycle time determination
• Improvementworkshops
• Lean Manufacturing
