IN THIS LEADERSHIP ROLE, BOUTIQUE MANAGERS DRIVE THEIR TEAM TO ACHIEVE OWNERSHIP, EXCELLENCE, AND SUCCESS. THEY LEAD PEOPLE TO DISCOVER CUSTOMER'S NEEDS AND DELIVER MONEY CAN'T BUY EXPERIENCES.
