Test strategy and planning Responsible for coordination and overall delivery of work with nearshore offshore team members Lead testing for Client's transformation initiatives and or application portfolios Test management communication metrics and status reporting including identification of risks and escalation of issues to the project team and or the Client Coordinates approval for all the deliverables from the Client as per the defined acceptance criteria Provide resource utilization allocation estimation to project leadership and or Client as needed Coordinate updates with Test Analyst s as needed Defect Management including logging and reporting of defect Own coordination between domain projects and our Automation strategy leaders communicate with users, application owners and senior stakeholders across all areas What you'll bring: QA Experiencie from 4 to 6 years Experiencie managing testing teams Advanced or native English level Disposition to work in an on-site environment Soft skills: Work Underpressure, Quality at work, Results Oriented What can YOU expect in a career with Capgemini?
