As a key member of the sales team within our PPE division, you will use your sales talent and technical knowledge, to manage and developing the Combisafe business in the Benelux area (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg) by offering and supporting our customers and prospects with a wide range of market leading collective fall protection Solutions, mainly for the construction industry. The successful applicant will be an ambitious Account manager or Sales Engineer looking to forge as a team player a career within an innovative global business. Responsibilities and tasks The Area Sales Manager Combisafe has, or will develop, a strong understanding of the BENELUX construction market and the collective fall protection applications and solutions, and lead to develop new business opportunities with end-user customers and/or distributors to help drive Combisafe by Honeywell growth; To be able to setup, implement and execute a clear sales strategy and tactical plan to achieve our Annual Operating Plan in the BENELUX area. To be able to setup, implement and execute a clear service and support program for our distributors, to increase customer satisfaction. To be or become the specialist in collective fall protection to support our distributors in providing technical knowledge so that we are able to provide solution selling and user guided information. To be able to gather new trends, market information and opportunities The Area Sales Manager Combisafe is responsible for managing all aspects of engagements with our distributors and end-users; To be able to setup, implement and execute accountplans, on distribution and end-user level To be able to setup, implement and execute harmonized strategies with our distributors The Area Sales Manager Combisafe aggressively to hunt new end-user to drive greater market penetration and new sources of revenue To be able to develop new business, by cross selling on enduser level, penetrate in new endusers and potential new markets. The Area Sales Manager Combisafe improves the safety, productivity and performance on end-user level to be able to understand PPE/collective fall protection regulation, customers applications and issues, to understand customer needs to support safety compliance, awareness and customer satisfaction. To be able to provide outstanding presentations to all layers in a customer organization, to cover a smooth information transmission YOU HAVE Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience Dutch and English are required, French speaking is a plus Driver license
