Descripción

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and experience in the insurance industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls to check inquiries and questions, and provide general information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Enter customer information into the system.
  • Route or forward calls to the appropriate internal office, department, or staff.
  • Perform outbound calls to follow up with patients and leads where necessary.
  • Other duties as instructed by the supervisor.


Qualifications:

  • Bilingual. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Good data entry/keyboard skills.
  • Fast learner with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in a Call Center environment preferred.
  • Insurance experience is required.
