Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will oversee assembly and inspection of product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements. Key Responsibilities • Lead the team to execute the logistics strategy, shipping, and line feeding • Manage overall operational targets • Evaluate material flow • Ensure transaction compliance • Supervise logistic team • Improve labor efficiency • Drive team excellence and talent retention
YOU MUST HAVE •
Experience in Logistics or relevant functions in Integration Supply Chain 1 yr • Experience in Supervision role 1 yrs over +10 FTE's • Availability to work on 2nd Shift as Required • Capable to read/write English messages • Excellent collaboration and influence with management and cross function teams • Ability to lead people/team and engage/mentor staffs • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Good analytical skill • Drive continuous improvement culture
