Main activities:

• Lead the solution to customer complaints both direct customer plants, safe launch and/or guarantees.
• KPI's update
• MOnitoring of activities derived from quality or interdisciplinary meetings.
• Interpersonal realtionships with internal and external customers
• Execution and monitoring of audits, internal, LPA, Products and Process
• Support for the investigation and analysis of process defects when required
• Support and monitoring of new product launches, engineering changes and internal process changes.
• Preparation and updating of quality documentation for APQP

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Conversational/Intermediate English (INDISPENSABLE)
• Bachelor Degree: Industrial Engineering or related
• Knowledge in IATF 16949 & VDA 6.3
• Negotiation, supervision and leadership skills
• Microsoft office
