Responsible for creating service and purchase orders, spare parts and service invoicing. Submitting claims for spare parts warranties. Customer support and following up outstanding client invoices to be collected. Create letters of instruction to forwarding agents. Inputting client information to M3 ERP. Dealing with an extensive product catalog offering a variety of products, able to distinguish from type of products.

Location: Lote 20 y 21, ubicado en la calle Bernardo Reyes, Parque Industrial "MARTEL III", en el Municipio de Santa Catarina, Nuevo León

Major Functions:

• Ability to attend and analyze customer requests.
• Dealing with product quotes and following up on order confirmation from clients.
• Monitor customer accounts for collecting upcoming outstanding balances.
• Communicate with customers with a high level of proactive service.

Experience And Education:

·        Bachelor's degree on administration

·        3+ years' experience in similar position.
