Responsible for collecting open account balances for assigned customer accounts, performing account reconciliations, monitoring customer accounts for non-payment and other irregularities. To complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments plus processing verifying and reconciling invoices. It includes day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner.

Major Functions AR:
- Ability to record and analyze customer account information.
- Monitor customer accounts for collecting upcoming outstanding balances.
- Communicate with customers by phone and/or email on account information while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Documenting all communication regarding customer accounts into our system.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service in all interactions with customers.
Major Functions AP:
- Match invoices with goods/services received and purchase orders and input invoices into the ERP system.
- Generate payments for expenses incurred by the company, running checks and electronic payments, match check copies and invoices, mail the checks and send remittance.
- Reconcile, match and process PO and Non-PO invoices into the ERP system daily.
- Reconcile and process Expenses reports for employees weekly.
- Reconcile the Accounts Payable accounts from the General ledger.
- Maintain and reconcile GL Accounts for items received into inventory but not invoiced.
- Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
- Operate computers using M3 software to record, store, and analyze information.
- Manage communications with all suppliers.

Experience And Education:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field
3+ years' experience in handling treasury type positions.
