Descripción
He is part of the Technical Support team, providing support to all colleagues in the department. This position participates in matters related to hardware, computer administration, and security/compliance activities. Provide support in preparation, cleaning, hardware maintenance, security patches, software implementation, as well as support to resolve any tickets raised by the service desk team.
Responsibilities· Prepares hardware for agents.
· Participates in hardware relocation activities.
· Disposal or reaccommodating of any loose equipment on Operations Floor.
· Fix any vulnerability found in the desktop environment.
· Have an up-to-date IT Inventory.
Interpersonal Skills· Self-motivated, team player, customer service oriented.
· Well organized, good written and spoken communication skills.
· Ability to assist users and fix issues quickly.
Minimum Requirements· Strong desire to learn.
· Maintain information confidentiality.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
· Able to disarm and rearm a computer (hardware competencies)
