The Opportunity



Lead the Revenue Management agenda (pricing, portfolio, trade spend) for Savory Snacks business unit, seeking to drive sustainable top & bottom line growth with a consumer centric optic.



Your Impact



As Revenue Management Sr. Manager your scope would consist of


  1. Identify and develope high value solutions to capture market opportunities. D-E
  2. Design price strategy for each product - client / format / sales channel (segmentation) driving sustainable top & bottom line growth. D-E
  3. Design the correct portfolio for each client / format / sales channel driving sustainable top & bottom line growth. D-E
  4. Translate Revenue Management strategy into specific initiatives for Savory business unit. D-E
  5. Estimate financial and market share impact of Revenue Management initiatives. E
  6. Accountable for conducting market analysis, competitive intelligence, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and market trends. D
  7. Support business unit General Manager decision making, providing valuable information regarding Revenue Management dimensions (price, portfolio, trade spend) considering shopper & consumer insights as well as competition. C-I
  8. Partner with BU and commercial strategy (CatMan, Merchandising, etc) to conduct market tests to gain relevant insights and optimize our resources. D-E
  9. Support portfolio optimization process, leverage portfolio knowledge to provide information and analyze / recommend opportunities. D-E
  10. Accountable for leading and developing a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. D-E




Who Are We Looking For?


  • 5+ years experience in Revenue Management, Finance or related
  • CPG industry knowledge
  • Commercial understanding of different sales and distribution channels
  • Mid-high statistical knowledge
  • Shopper & consumer insights understanding, experience with sell-out data sources (Nielsen)
