PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Develop, establish the molding process for each model to be produced. Ensures that production is carried out according to the established process. Must have a focus on continuous process improvement, seeking to meet and improve the company's objectives (safety, quality, productivity, cost).

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical, mechanic, industrial engineering or related field.

EXPERIENCE

• 3 years of experience in similar position, preferably with knowledge of aluminum automotive parts molding.
• Low Pressure Casting Process.
• Standardization of processes and production systems.
• Launching of new programs.

KNOWLEDGE

• Use of tools such as PFMEA, control plans, repeatability and reproducibility studies.
• Aluminum transformation processes.
• Drawing interpretation.
• IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
