Descripción
- Manages internal projects (typically IT-focused projects).
- Ownership throughout the full project lifecycle – initiation, planning, execution, closure.
- Oversees and directs activities of project personnel (Arise and client/vendor) to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
- Develops and executes against a detailed project plan (work breakdown structure).
- Disciplined documentation of project artifacts.
- Acts as a brand ambassador for Arise when managing external facing projects.
- Develops and delivers appropriate communications and updates to project stakeholders.
- Provides cross-functional leadership in the management of enterprise projects.
- Builds a collaborative environment for the project team.
- Responsible for all aspects of the triple constraint.
- Responsible for all Change Management.
- Effectively manages risk – escalates concerns, risks, and issues with the appropriate sense of urgency.
- Actively drives mitigation/resolution of concerns, risks, and issues.
- Analyzes project outcomes and documents lessons learned to team knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Minimum of ten years of related experience managing large strategic and enterprise projects through a complete project lifecycle.
- Must understand the SDLC.
- Ability to manage client/internal relationships and instill sense of confidence in ability to deliver objectives.
- Must clearly demonstrate the ability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Experience working with waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
- Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbally) with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Ability to define and facilitate detailed project plans.
- Demonstrated accomplishment in successfully managing concurrent projects and cross-functional project teams.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities such as conflict/issue resolution.
- Excellent analytical and organization skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects.
- The proven ability to manage key stakeholder interests in an ambivalent culture while at the same time managing conflicting priorities and business interests.
- Very strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Must be able to present their project status professionally and clearly on a weekly basis to leadership.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- PMP certification highly desired.
- Experience managing large and complex infrastructure and SaaS initiatives.
