You are the custodian of space for Mondelez International products in all our retail environments. To implement our snacking vision and to drive category growth, you provide comprehensive reviews and make category-led recommendations. You ensure that retail and space expertise influences the right decisions on new packaging, shelf, and fixture layout to maximize Mondelez International distribution.
How you will contribute
You will:
Produce range review recommendations and post-evaluations in collaboration with category and customer development managers including: location, fixture layout and space Develop customer relationships to work collaboratively on range & space decisions, in-store trials
Develop, agree and measure space targets & movement, in collaboration with category and customer development managers
Run quarterly space reviews for a category & customers as per existing alignment in the team and develop best practice case studies
Have an up to date understanding of Share of Space performance and key drivers for Growth/Decline
Provide a comprehensive review of category/customer position, opportunities & risks for space as a part of Account Planning process
Develop space recommendations for Big Bets & key Category-led projects
Develop approaches to improve the quality of analysis & recommendations, e.g. modular plans
