Role Purpose


  • The Commercial Excellence defines, establishes and maintains, customer (interaction), sales reports, dashboards & KPIs and creates transparent performance insights for internal stakeholders to enable real time, data-driven decision making.
  • Increased sales skills and knowledge of the sales team, trainings.
  • Implement and manage the CRM as well as the commercial tools analysis.
  • Excellence ensuring consistency with company strategy and goals.


Main Responsibilities

 

·      Increased sales skills and knowledge of the sales team, trainings.

·      Maintain overview of customer relevant reports (Sales & Customer Service)

·      Identify, define and functionally implement reports, dashboards and (leading & lagging) KPIs in alignment with business stakeholders

·      Collect, compile and improve business metrics and data from variety of sources/ applications

·      Set up data governance structures/ rules and constantly run maturity checks by monitoring reports, dashboards & KPIs, running benchmarks (e.g. analyzes of data availability, consistency, quality, country audits)

·      Continuously check, collect and evaluate incoming requirements

·      Achieving and exceeding sales targets and budgets by growing and developing existing key accounts and finding new opportunities.

·      CRM implementation and administration to ensure data and operational efficiency

·      Key Account activities: analyzing the market situation and identifying the strengths and weaknesses, promoting the brand and increasing its visibility and reputation among key accounts and potential customers, leading and coordinating teams of sales representatives and other staff involved in the key account management process.

·      Tender Management activities: Analysis, development and implementation of tools to improve forecast assertiveness, clarification of bid conditions, monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements, implement a consistent pricing structure and analysis for marginal contribution compliance, coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.


Requirements / Competencies:


Advanced English - Must

Advanced Excel including macros

3-5 years experience in Data Management & (business) Analytics 

Strong analysis and business problem solving skills

Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Sales Forecast. (Plus)
