Reporting directly to Senior HR Manager, the Manufacturing Recruiter is a key member of the plant management team leading the hiring effort for the expanding plant operation. He/she will manage the recruiting of management and hourly employee consistent with the company values and culture. He/she must be inquisitive, have active listening skills and have good assessment skills and able to work with all levels of the organization.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, administration, psychology or related field.
- +4 years of relevant work experience, including preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the general practices of hourly members recruiting campaigns, massive recruiting, manage of 1-day-recruiting process, floor exercise and practical skills tests.
- Bilingual Spanish and English.
- Familiar with social media recruiting: social networks (Facebook), design of postings (Canvas or similar), communication apps (What's app, Outlook.
- Exposure to engagement, retention best practices.
- Knowledge of the labor regulations in Mexico.
- Strong work ethic.
- Team-player with very good interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with hiring manager to create job descriptions.
- Post job position and job boards and actively source and screen candidates.
- Work directly with the Tetakawi recruiting team to follow the Tetakawi recruiting selection process and accomplish the conditions of labor of the shelter.
- Work according to the internal hiring process and requirement with emphasis on BTG values and cultural fit.
- Stay as personal contact of the onboarded members to support their incorporation to their teams and their role.
