Global automotive supplier is looking for:

SUSTAINING TEST ENGINEER (ASSEMBLY LINE)

Main Responsibilities:

• Participant in the transfer, validation and start-up of production lines as well as new models.
• Develop the necessary documentation for the start-up of the Test, Flashing, and Laser equipment such as: Computer and SW Backup, Work Instructions, Line on and off instruction; Visual aids, Balancing test stations, fault matrix, Release of new versions of SW product.
• BOM Review and review differences to Engineering.
• Acceptance of the line and tools; in conjunction with Process Engineers and Quality Engineers
• Participation in training of Supervisors, Leaders and Technicians
• Computer backup, test SW, flashing and laser.
• GRR Analysis (MSA) on Test Equipments

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

• Knowledge on Production and Quality System
• Knowledge in test systems, mechanical, electronic, electrical, pneumatic.
• Knowledge on assembled components
• Knowlegde on Core Tools
• Knowledge on Specific Requirements for Automotive Customer
• Lean Manufacturing Focus
• C#, Labview, SQL
• Use of computer and office program
• Communications skill Spanish and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and different projects on parallel
• Ability to keep, maintain and promote, work team
• Good interpersonal treatment. You must be able to interact with customers, suppliers and colleagues, in a positive and constructive way.

Engineering Level

Experience on similar position: 3 years
