SEGULA is seeking a dedicated Finance Analyst Specialist to join the Mexican team!

Job Description:

Activities:

• Financial/Accounting Analysis.
• Corporate Reporting.
• Intercompany Reconciliations (Contracts, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable).
• Control, management, and tracking of purchase orders with national and international clients
• Control and tracking of expenses and verifications
• Handling internal and/or external audits
• Customer and supplier relations
• Knowledge and Support in Payroll Area.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, administration, finance, or related field
• 5 years of experience in accounting, invoicing, report tracking, accounts receivable, etc.
• Proficiency in NOI, CONTPAQI, AceProject, SAT billing platforms
• IFRS
• SOX/ISO 9000
• Knowledge of local and federal taxes
• Electronic accounting
• Advanced Excel skills (formulation, pivot tables, dynamic sheets, etc.)
• Advanced English
