Main Activities:
- Engagement with Prospects: Interact with incoming leads generated through marketing efforts and outbound sales initiatives. Establish initial contact and build relationships with potential clients.
- Needs Assessment: Understand the unique requirements and challenges of prospective clients. Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Serviap Logistics' services and products. Effectively articulate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations. Showcase the unique selling proposition and competitive advantages of Serviap Logistics.
- Agreement Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful contract execution.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and update the sales pipeline in the CRM system. Provide regular updates on deal progress and forecasts.
- Market Feedback: Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on competitors' activities. Contribute ideas to enhance Serviap's position in the market.
