Position Summary:

This position is focused within HARMAN Automotive. Electronics Engineer to produce prototype PCBA's, for amplifiers and Infotainment Radios to support prototype builds in our Pilot Factory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluates, implements, and monitors processes and operating systems for the manufacture of printed circuit boards.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving factory processes and related metrics, such as production efficiency, cycle times, capacity, capabilities, and others as needed.
• Provides “on the floor” technical support as required for critical process and product issues at SMT level.
• Develops and supports new manufacturing processes.
• Able to support in parallel AME activities as Improvement Projects.
• Responsible to create & debug paste printing process.
• Responsible to create & debug SPI Process
• Responsible to create & debug Reflow Oven Profiles
• Responsible to create & debug SMT optical Inspection processes.
• Responsible to create & debug NXT Programs
• Responsible to create & debug XRAY Programs
• Responsible to create & debug AOI Programs
• Responsible to create & debug SELECTIVE Programs
• Responsible to create & debug CONFORMAL COATING Programs
• Responsible to create & debug ROUTER Programs
• Weekend and second shift support for pilot builds, as needed.

• +2 years' work experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
