We are currently looking for an experienced Physical Flow Supervisor to join our Logistics Area based in Valeo, Queretaro.

• Manage and ensure that the objectives all the autonomous production team charge
• Manage the workload of your area and optimize the assigned resources
• Continuously improve the skills of the personnel under your charge as well as keep their versatility updated by applying Valeo tools: flexibility, having different skills, training plan, salary review, evaluations.
• Motivate their autonomous production team to develop initiative and improve performance, as well as lead workshops
• Ensure that quality, cost, delivery and staff involvement standards are correctly implemented
• Ensure daily that the autonomous production team quality, cost and delivery indicators are within target and implement corrective actions
• Lead autonomous production team monthly meeting
• Motivate the people in charge to issue ideas for improvement and ensure that these ideas are implemented within the established time
• Work together with the other support areas to classify problems identified in both logistics and production
• Keep the logistics manager informed of any problem that may arise or have an impact on the activities of the logistics area
• Coordinate the inventory count and reliability under your responsibility
